The Benefits of Personal Care Aides

Our compassionate personal care aides at West Michigan Hospice perform a wide range of daily tasks. One of their most important roles is to provide support for the patient and their family.

The hospice process is never easy. Personal care aides assist with personal care and intimate jobs, so family members don’t have to. This gives patients a layer of dignity and takes a weight off family members. Overall, personal care aims to give our patients regular, hands-on attention so they can feel better, look better, and have the highest quality of life possible.
